James E. Young is a Chief Master Sergeant (ret) of the Air Forces of the United States who has lived in Costa Rica for 9 years.

Since he got to this country he noticed the lack of help and guidance for the community of veterans.  For 9 years he has been promoter of the well being of the veteran’s living in Costa Rica by developing projects to improve their quality of life.
